The first requirement for placing an order is a prescription for a medical or orthopedic device. Based on the diagnosis determined, a prescription for the patient may be issued only by an orthopedist or rehabilitation physician. The patient should bring this prescription to the department for receipt of orders for orthopedic shoes and insoles of the firm Ergon, or to a facility of any of the hereinabove referred contractual partners. At this department, the technician/prosthetic will take measurements for the prescribed orthopedic shoes, will advise on the selection according to the catalogue, and will provide a book of samples with materials and colors. Advance payment, if any, will be provided/accepted, and the delivery term for the product will be determined. The patient will receive a copy of the order indicating the order reference number.

The procedure for ordering individual orthopedic insoles is similar to that for shoes.

The products of ERGON a. s. can be ordered from the wholesale network of medical materials (such as Pharmos a.s.) or directly at the address of the manufacturer. They are available with a medical prescription/coupon for therapeutic and/or orthopedic devices or at the client's own expense in the retail network of medical shops throughout the Czech Republic. We recommend consulting a physician about the products covered by health insurance companies. When placing orders, please indicate and describe carefully the product including sizes; this will help speed up your order.
